I know, mid-afternoon is not my usual time to post, but I wanted to let you know all about the Green Mani/Nail Art/Makeup Contest! Yes, that's right, I'm including makeup this time since so many of my friends and followers blog about and love makeup. I'm not going to tell what the prize(s) are at this time, this should be more about fun and raising awareness for Lyme Disease and Mental Health. So if you want to have a little fun and help out, email me your pictures of your favorite green manicure, green nail art, or green makeup theme!
I will post the pictures in an album on my Face Book and also on my blog, you have until May 15th to get them in. I am going to have a panel of 8-10 Professionals, Bloggers and my own 18 year old Daughter to choose the winner(s) by May 20, 2012. That way you have the whole 2 weeks to get your entries in and it won't end up being a popularity contest or who got theirs in the fastest. I don't have a vote! One or two rules that I can think of for now, three entries per person, one for each category. Manicure (no nail art or stamping), Nail Art (includes art, stamping, etc.) Makeup (includes whole face or eye). But you can only win one prize. Trying to keep this simple :)
